Summer Enrollment at Kumon of Tewksbury
As parents consider summer activities for their children, Kumon’s enrichment program gives children the daily practice needed to catch-up and stay-ahead during the break. According to a Duke University study, most students lose about two months of grade level equivalency in math computation skills during the summer months. Summer is the ideal time to enroll in Kumon, the world’s largest after-school program that helps children get - and stay - ahead of the curve.
In Kumon, students develop at their own pace, progressing according to their achievement and not by age or grade. Once solid math and reading skills are mastered, students begin to advance and solve materials above their grade school in school. Getting ahead allows children to nurture their critical thinking and comprehension skills.
With only 30 minutes a day, students can advance and leap ahead during the summer break.
